Please welcome our new Duke Intern, pastor Billy Sander. Billy will be working mostly remotely, but will also be occasionally present for outdoor worship. He has an incredible story and does a wonderful job introducing himself above, but let me just say that I think he has a lot to teach us and hopefully we can help him be prepared for pastoral ministry after his graduation in May. Related to that, I will be away from Monday 9/21-24. My suspicion is I will have cell service, but you can call Billy for anything general and Ben Wolf at (252)567-3210 for any pastoral emergencies.
Our next outdoor worship service will be this Sunday, September 20th at 10:00am in the parking lot. Please park along the Swepsonville Methodist Road side of the parking lot, across the street at the parsonage, or on the lawn. Please bring your own chair and attend to all masking and distancing recommendations.
I will continue to sit on the parsonage porch Wednesdays and Sundays 1-3pm
Our Sunday Google Meet continues to meet in the evening and discuss the Psalms. We hope you will join us for this time of study and fellowship in the future.
